FIRST COURSE:       Creamy Congaree Milling Company Yellow Polenta, Breakfast  Quiche and Peppery White Gravy

VEGETARIAN:          Same with Vegetarian Quiche

SECOND COURSE:  Gazpacho served with Tortilla Chips and Whipped Avocado

VEGETARIAN:          Same

THIRD COURSE:      Bacon Wrapped Crab Cake, Zucchini Spaghetti, Tomato Coulis   and Asiago Cheese

VEGETARIAN:          Same with no Bacon

FOURTH COURSE:  Turkey Burger Topped with Caramelized Onion and Brie, Naan Bread and Sweet Molasses Drizzle

VEGETARIAN:         Garden Burger Topped with Caramelized Onion and Brie, Naan   Bread and Sweet Molasses Drizzle

DESSERT COURSE: Banana Stuffed Waffle, Vanilla Ice Cream and Warm Belgian     Chocolate
