How does beer AND yoga after a run sound?

Join us this Thursday to do all that! We’re going to try to run earlier than 7 pm, but shoes hitting concrete no later than. Afterwards, we’ll have 1 hour of yoga led by Logan from our neighbor down the road, Yoga Masala. Running and yoga are free and the pints are still $1 off. No reason not to lace up this week.
