Every last Sunday of the month, come and spend the morning with us and enjoy a savory five course meal prepared by Chef Jean-Louis and Yvette with The Belgian Waffle Truck

1st COURSE:     Duck Confit Scrambled Egg, Belgian Waffle and Mornay Sauce

VEGETARIAN:  Spinach Scrambled Egg, Belgian Waffle and Mornay Sauce

2nd  COURSE:   Chilled Strawberry Mint Soup, Fresh Avocado Cracker, Crispy Pancetta

VEGETARIAN:  Same with no Pancetta

3rd COURSE:     “Salmon and Grits”: Seared Fresh Salmon, Pimiento Grits, Leek Chablis Cream Sauce

VEGETARIAN:  Same

4th COURSE:     Baked Pork Tenderloin, South Carolina Peach Glaze, Black Rice Pilaf

VEGETARIAN:  Vegetarian Sausage, South Carolina Peach Glaze, Black Rice Pilaf

DESSERT:          Dark Belgian Chocolate Mousse, Speculoos Crumble
